Lisa’s earlier professional background as a Clinical Psychologist in the health system in Aotearoa and in the UK offers her insight and passion for the value of world class primary health care. She’s been the Executive Director of a NZ specialist Restorative Justice Charity, is an executive leadership and strategy coach, and has experience in both the for-purpose and for-profit sectors.

Lisa is actively involved in community life on Waiheke Island with her partner Gerbrand - Be that making plant based cheese, saving lives at sea as qualified crew, and Vice President, of Waiheke Volunteer Coastguard - Tautiaki Moana, out on forest trails, or sea swimming.
